Features

Using highly sensitive and various speed cameras selecting from 40MHz, 80MHz or 160MHz for the different inspection target, wide range of inspection is realized.
The action level can be selected in the same manner of MaxEye.AQuO in accordance with the defect classification and the defect seriousness.
It is possible to install camera unit and signal processing unit separately up to 100m, without interference from the noise or static electricity on production line by digital transmission.

By analizing the features of several defects and grouping them into some categolies, it realizes almost human-like classification of defects. The action levels such as markers, warnings and so on, can be selected according to the importance of flaws.

Fine defects that ordinary systems used to overlook can be detected using high speed processing cameras with high-speed image capturing, more images per second can be stored.
The detected flaws can be classified into 3 categories, by size per each detection circuit and the external output for alarm and Labeller can be assigned to each level.
It is possible to install the camera and signal processing unit up to 50m apart, without interference from noise or static electricity on production lines by digital data transmission.
